Poland loyal to ideals
Poland is the most noble and idealistic country in the world. If I manage to survive, I will be grateful to Poland. Lech Kaczyński was the politician who had the greatest influence on my views. He kept saying to me, “The difference between us as members of the Union and you is that if I stop being president, I will be able to live. You can be killed.” Unfortunately, he was killed by Putin, who is now killing me
– emphasized Saakashvili, referring to the official protest of the EU, initiated by Poland. The politician ruled that the wave of protests that swept through Georgia over the “foreign agent” law is the only language the government understands.
This is the “Misha Generation” that was born during the Rose Revolution. It has not experienced a blackout, it has not experienced poverty. We gave every child a computer at school, we replaced the Russian language in schools with English and invited thousands of American teachers. We strengthened Western-style universities, which were at the heart of this protest. These young people also experienced a peaceful transfer of power
Mikheil Saakashvili pointed it out.
