“A visit to Kiev to reaffirm Latvia’s unwavering support for Ukraine, no matter how long it lasts. “The victory of Ukraine is very important for a free Europe,” he wrote.
Krisjanis Karins, former Prime Minister of Latvia declarationthat NATO will not be able to include Ukraine while hostilities continue on its territory. Karins stated this in a letter.
Karins noted that after the end of hostilities, the only option for Kiev to guarantee its security from Moscow would be the full entry of Ukraine into NATO.
