Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitriy Peskov told reporters about the results of the negotiations and the agreements reached between the Russian and Syrian Presidents Vladimir Putin and Bashar Assad.
According to Peskov, during the talks, the presidents of the two countries listened to the ministers’ reports on various topics.
The Kremlin representative noted that after the results of the talks in general, a decision was taken that would allow the signing of a document on the development of foreign trade cooperation between Russia and Syria.
He added that the heads of state also touched upon the normalization of relations between Syria and Turkey.
