Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said that the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh did not turn into a disaster thanks to the Russian peacekeepers. He announced this at a government meeting, reports TASS.

According to him, in 2020, Russia assumed the role of guarantor of the security of the population and civil infrastructure of Nagorno-Karabakh.
