Civic platform has released a new election spot. There’s a lot of Donald Tusk in the shot and a lot of shots of his meeting with voters. However, the material and accompanying slogan are very similar to the Law and Justice spot.
Donald Tusk’s party strives for originality, but the spots released by PO do not confirm this in any way. In early March, the PO published an ad deceptively similar to that of Donald Tusk’s party during the 2007 election campaign. Now a new recording has emerged on social media – very similar to the Law and Justice ad.

Originality according to the PO
Let’s not forget that Law and Justice published a message on March 10 that politicians from the ruling party are going to Poland again to write an election manifesto with Poland. The program tour is accompanied by the slogan: The future is Poland.
On March 14, a spot from Platforma Obywatelska appeared on social media. The narrator assures in the recording that thanks to PO Poland’s dreams will be realized, and Tusk’s party is grateful for the trust. What is the motto behind the activities of the PO? “The future is here.”
Aside from a tagline similar to PiS, it’s hard to resist the impression that the entire concept of the spot resembles the shot posted by Jarosław Kaczyński’s party.
The spot contains many shots of Tusk’s meetings with his supporters – including shots of Tusk himself, all interspersed with images of highways, children, beaches, windmills and mountains.
Is it just random “inspiration”?
