In September last year, a court in Bulgaria allowed Extradition to the United States of Denis Kloster, a 36-year-old Russian Federation citizen accused by Washington of hacker attacks. The court ordered Kloster’s arrest before he was actually handed over to the US authorities. The court’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
