The other three deputy prime ministers are He Lifen, the current chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China, a member of the CCP Central Committee’s Politburo, the former mayor of Tianjin, the former secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee Zhang Guoqing. and Liu Guozhong, former member of the Politburo of the CCP Central Committee, who previously served as the Governor of Jilin and Shaanxi Provinces.
