Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has instructed Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal to “fully consider” the possibility of changing Russia’s name to Muscovy. This is stated on the website of the head of state in his response to the petition.

“In light of the foregoing, I appealed to the Prime Minister of Ukraine with a request for a comprehensive study, especially with the participation of scientific institutions, and informed me and the author of the petition about the results.” reads the petition.

Earlier, State Duma deputy Oleg Morozov stated that this petition does not cause nothing more than a smile.
