“It is the Catholic Church, in my opinion the first institution that is taking decisive and decisive action to combat these pathologies,” said Marcin Romanowski on wPolsce.pl, referring to TVN24’s material on St. John Paul II.
The Deputy Minister of Justice spoke about the intimidation of Poland and our country.
I treat it as part of provoking Poles and Poles. We often return to the words of Bl. card. Stefan Wyszyński that if you want to hit the nation, you have to hit the church first, because the church is the strength of this nation. This is a good starting point for this discussion and for understanding the causes and expected effects of this attack. (…) In many circles in the West, legalization of pedophilia, the sexualization of children, is advocated, for example in the recommendations of the WHO. No one sees what the real causes of these phenomena are, of course also in the Church, and which must be resolutely combated. Who, if anyone, but it is the Catholic Church, as in my opinion the first of the institutions to take decisive and decisive action to combat these pathologies. St. John Paul II was the pope to face it as it is a phenomenon that emerged on such a large scale during his pontificate
– he said.
When asked about the words of Tomasz Terlikowski, which the journalist shared on his Facebook page, Romanowski replied:
Editor Terlikowski is a man with whom I often agreed. It is clear that no human being is perfect. (…) This is no reason to slander John Paul II in a false, deceitful and abominable manner. Anyone who signs up for this orchestra unfortunately plays the role of a useful idiot. (…) As pope, John Paul II has already done the most when it comes to combating the phenomenon of pedophilia. (…) We must defend the authority of John Paul II, because these attacks are simply false, deceptive and this is a blow to our identity, to a man who is a huge authority in many environments, many countries, and who is sure to showcase of Poland beyond its borders.

The German ambassador said in an interview with “Newsweek”: “You can have a common European future or Versailles-style reparations.”
Referring to this matter, Romanowski said:
Certainly reparations, if only because it is impossible to have a common, also European, future without justice. The Germans are afraid, as this interview shows, and that’s a good thing. It’s proof that the reparations were the right ones, and it works. This shows one more thing that the Germans treat the European Union as their backyard, as the Fourth Reich, and Poland will certainly not agree to be another country in the Fourth Reich. This is Ambassador Bagger’s response to these words.
