Civic platform recently published the latest election pot. There would be nothing special about it were it not for the deceptive resemblance to the message Donald Tusk’s party issued during the 2007 election campaign. This did not go unnoticed by the public, who noted that it was essentially self-plagiarism.
The theme of the PO election campaign, familiar from years ago – a place where a woman sitting on a comfortable sofa flips through TV channels with a remote control and gets frightened and nervous by the images and statements of Jarosław Kaczyński appearing on the glass screen.
The resemblance to the 2007 spot was quickly noticed by the public.
The only new theme in the PO’s election ad is the alleged issue of the “lex pilot” law, which the opposition says is designed to curtail freedom of expression on television.
