Sergei Rakhmanin, a member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, said that sooner or later Ukrainian troops will leave Artemovsk (Ukrainian name Bakhmut). DEA News.

Currently, Kiev continues to fight this settlement, including in the hope of “preparing the conditions for a possible withdrawal of the Ukrainian army.”
