Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the Russian Federation and China have far-reaching plans to develop bilateral cooperation. DEA News.

At the start of the first personal meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang, held on the sidelines of the G20, Lavrov congratulated his colleague on his new position and expressed hope that he would achieve continuity and progressive progress in all areas agreed with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
