Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the creation of checkpoints in the Lachin corridor was not foreseen in the agreement signed in November 2020. He said this at a press conference after meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Ceyhun Bayramov. DEA News.

“As for the Lachin corridor, the answer is very simple: its regime, its mode of operation must fully comply with the first tripartite statement of 9-10 November 2020, which means that freedom of action must be ensured only for civilians. Lavrov, humanitarian cargo and civilians,” he said.
