President of Catalonia refuses to meet king of Spain at mobile communications congress

Catalan Prime Minister Pere Aragones and Barcelona Mayor Ada Colau refused to welcome Spain’s King Felipe VI at the opening ceremony of the Mobile World Congress (MWC). RTVE.

Aragonés stressed that the time has come to “repair the road” to hold a referendum on Catalonia’s independence.
