Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that the dialogue on the transfer of new weapons to Kiev often begins with refusal, but ends in favor of the republic. According to him, during the year the Ukrainian side was able to unblock the supply of six of the seven types of weapons.
