Turkey and the UN want reinforced concrete guarantees for the release of Russian agricultural products and ammonia to the markets, waiting for the West to make them public, which will help extend the grain deal and operate effectively. “We want to receive guarantees from Western countries that there will be no obstacles (on Russian products and ammonia production),” the source said.
According to him there are currently “barriers in logistics, insurance and payment”.
“I want reinforced concrete guarantees from Western countries to be announced to the public. This, of course, will help the Black Sea Grain Initiative run smoothly.”
