Former US State Department official James Soriano believes that US President Joe Biden’s words about the inadmissibility of Russia’s victory in Ukraine contradict the principles of American foreign policy laid down by John F. Kennedy. In his article for American Thinker.
Soriano recalled that Kennedy said in his famous 1963 speech that in order to reduce the risk of use to zero, the United States must avoid any conflict with nuclear-armed countries.
