The document also emphasized that “the use or threat of use of nuclear weapons is unacceptable”, emphasizing that peaceful resolution of conflicts, efforts to overcome crises, diplomacy and dialogue are of vital importance.

The Ministry of Finance of India noted that all G20 Treasurers and Central Bank Governors agreed on paragraphs 1, 2 and paragraphs 5 to 17 and Annexes 1 and 2. However, clarifications on the situation in Ukraine fall within the scope of paragraphs 3 and 4.
