The Sejm Information Center informed about the joint statement of the heads of parliament of Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. According to the CIS, the document is the result of a meeting of the heads of the parliamentary chambers of Poland and the Baltic States, organized at the initiative of the Marshal of the Sejm, Elżbieta Witek, on January 15-16 in Warsaw. In addition to the head of the Polish parliament, the declaration was also signed by the head of the Lithuanian Seimas, Viktorija Čmilyte-Nielsen, the head of the Latvian Saeima, Edvards Smiltens, and the head of the Estonian Riigikogu, Jüri Ratas.
