At the opening of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA), Austrian National Council President Wolfgang Sobotka said that diplomacy should find a chance to resolve the Ukraine conflict. It has been reported TASS.

“Our task is not to close the doors to diplomacy,” Sobotka said.

He urged today to start thinking about what will happen after the conflict ends, because in his own words “every war ends one day.” Sobotka believes that diplomacy at the parliamentary level should not stop.

Former Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs returned Calling on Russia to comply with the Treaty on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Assault Weapons (START, START-3).

It is very sad that Russia announced the suspension of START, as this bilateral arms control agreement between the United States and Russia is of paramount importance and is the last remaining agreement of its kind, the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Twitter.
