78% of Russians found Russian President Vladimir Putin’s message sincere. This type of data leads VTsIOM.

According to the results of the survey, more than 80 percent of the Russians surveyed evaluated the president’s speech positively.

“45% of respondents rated their impression of the message as completely positive, 36% rated it quite positive,” the VTsIOM report states.

11% of respondents were dissatisfied with the president’s message. At the same time, 82% of those polled said that Putin’s speech was entirely their concern.
