“Russia’s large-scale aggression has so far damaged Ukraine’s infrastructure by 129 billion euros,” the statement said.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appealed to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to deprive the Russian Federation of its status as a member state of the organization.
