Consell’s vice president, Aitana Mas, confirmed the purchase of the Post Office building in Alicante and confirmed that the Generalitat Delegation’s headquarters in the city will share its headquarters with the Valencia Institute of Finance. The ground floor will be an open space for the development of activities, as the Presidency does in the Post Office building in central Valencia.
The total amount of the purchase is 4,906,859.87 Euros. The existing Casa de las Brujas will be used for other areas of regional administration and will in principle be the administrative center of the Ministry of Innovation.
The post office building is located on Plaza Gabriel Miró, number 7 in Alicante, and is purchased from Sociedad Estatal de Correos y Telégrafos, SA, a member of the state public sector.
This real estate appears in the real estate cadastre with a land area of 730 m2 and a total construction area of 3,254 m2.
