Since mid-January, German soldiers have been stationed in Poland, serving with the Patriot anti-aircraft and anti-missile batteries deployed in the east of the country. This equipment was sent by Germany to reinforce the air defenses of NATO’s eastern flank. The proposal to deploy the German patriots in Poland was put forward by Germany after the fall of the rocket in the border town of Przewodów on November 15 last year.
