As Patryk Jaki argues, solutions were adopted in the European Parliament that were detrimental to the EU and Poland. The changes relate to eg qualified majority voting, local and regional elections and expanding the list of ‘Eurocrimes’.
The MEP announced on Twitter that LIBE’s contribution to amending the Treaties had been voted on in the EP.

Patryk Jaki is alarmed that European decisions can influence the electoral situation in Poland. He draws attention to the behavior of Polish opposition members.
The elections in Poland can therefore be cancelled. All decisions regarding Poland will be made outside Poland, and if there are people who have a different opinion, the EU/Germany will have all the tools to discipline the state. Members of the “Polish” opposition vote for treaty changes that destroy our country’s sovereignty and democratic principles
