London accuses Basij of committing “serious human rights violations in Iran”, including the right to life, freedom of assembly and expression, by “brutally suppressing protests”.

Also, Mohammad Jafar Montazeri, commanders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards (IRGC, elite units of the Iranian Armed Forces), one of the deputy attorney generals of Iran, which London sanctioned on January 14, and one of the generals of the Iranian army.
