The Prime Minister of Burkina Faso, Appolinaire Kjelem de Tambela, urged the Russian Federation to open its embassy in Ouagadougou. It has been reported Wakatsera.

“However, I stated that there is no (representational) Russia in Burkina Faso … Therefore, we believe that our partnership should and can be strengthened,” said Appolinaire Kjelem de Tambela.
