The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) allowed Poland to return illegal immigrants to Belarus. Reported by the Polish Border Guard, reports DEA News.
According to the agency, the court canceled or did not extend the interim measure in 40 cases, after examining materials provided by representatives of both the Polish side and foreign citizens.
In 2022, the ECHR adopted an interim measure banning the transfer of a foreigner to Belarus in 40 cases involving 92 foreign citizens who illegally crossed the Polish-Belarusian border.
