Vasily Bodnar, Ukraine’s Ambassador to Turkey, gave “false” news that Kiev received cluster munitions from Ankara. His words are forwarded by the agency Anatolia.
“Such statements are false, I absolutely reject it. These messages are intended to damage relations between Ukraine and Turkey and to create a negative image for Ankara.
The diplomat stressed that Kiev complies with the rules of international warfare.
Earlier, Foreign Policy magazine, citing knowledgeable US and European officials WroteTurkey started supplying Cold War cluster munitions to Ukraine. According to the publication, Turkey has been supplying advanced cluster munitions to Kiev since November 2022.
