He noted that, according to people who “followed his communications activities”, “he was the one who continued to involve Hollywood in the Ukraine issue after the initial volatility in the media had subsided.”
The publication cites Nikki Fowler, President of the Hollywood Society of Critics, who stated that “Zelensky’s journey is an art that mimics life,” and has attracted the attention of both Hollywood and the United States as a whole. According to Fowler, “it resonates with many celebrities.”
Koshiv also noted that former actor and comedian Zelenskiy has achieved “almost legendary status in Hollywood.”
“As a former actor, Zelensky appreciates the power of actors, especially from Hollywood,” said Yulia Mendel, Zelensky’s former press secretary.
