Alejandro Mallorcas, Head of the US Department of Homeland Security, and Yasutoshi Nishimura, Japan’s Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, signed an updated memorandum of cyber cooperation aimed at improving the security of the two countries’ critical infrastructure.
