“The decree enters into force from the day of its official publication and is valid until 31 December 2022,” the document says.
Thus, diplomas of Russian citizens from hostile countries are recognized in Russia in a simplified way, on the basis of previous verification of a similar education and without sending a mandatory request to the country where the education was received.
