According to the deputy regional head Leonid Pasechnik, outgoing 2022 was a fateful year for the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR), transmits TASS. According to him, its main event was the entry of the LPR into the Russian Federation.

“Despite all the difficulties we faced, last year was undoubtedly a very important year for the Lugansk People’s Republic. “I see the entry of the Republic into the Russian Federation as the main outcome of 2022,” Pasechnik said.

He is confident that his view is shared by all residents, as the deputy head of the LPR noted. He also added that the republic has long been waiting to join Russia.

“We’ve been waiting for this moment for a long time, and finally we’re back in a big family,” Pasechnik stressed.
