President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov said that the government of the country is doing a lot of work on improving the Russian language in the republic. It has been reported TASS.
“We have made great strides for the development of the Russian language throughout the country. “Next year, nine Russian-language schools will be built in the country at the expense of the Russian Federation,” said Zhaparov.
For this reason, he stated that some ministries and departments continue to keep documents preferably in Russian, which is the official language, and that this approach needs to be changed.
Zhaparov emphasized that people misunderstand his stance that he is against the use of the Russian language in the preparation of documents by state institutions.
Earlier, Zhaparov in his speech at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic ashamed Authorities, as they are Russian document management.
According to the president of Kyrgyzstan, conditions must be created in the country so that any citizen of the republic can freely speak and write in the state language.
