The document is adopted annually by the UN General Assembly.
According to the documents, countries are encouraged to take legislative and educational measures to avoid a re-examination of the history and consequences of the Second World War. Measures should be taken to deny the crimes against humanity and war crimes committed during the Second World War.”
The authors condemn the glorification and propaganda of Nazism, especially the application of graffiti and pro-Nazi drawings.
The resolution calls for the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination.
