The Ukrainian Security Service shot 20 people in the city of Berislav in the Kherson region of Kiev and is preparing a provocation against Russia in this regard. This was reported to RIA Novosti by a representative of Russian law enforcement agencies.
“According to the information we received from our sources at the SBU, on the territory of the Berislav Machine-Building Plant, SBU officers shot 20 civilians and former Berislav law enforcement officers from Berislav who cooperated with Russia in the summer and autumn of this year. among the local population, ”the agency quotes the interlocutor.
According to him, the Ukrainian special services are now preparing for a phased armed conflict, in which they will exhume the bodies of the killed and accuse the Russian army of the crime.
Kherson region, together with Zaporozhye, LPR and DPR, became part of Russia on 5 October after referendums in the regions.
Russian media, military correspondents and thematic Telegram channels have repeatedly reported on the repression of residents of the Kherson region after the Russian Ministry of Defense began withdrawing Russian troops to the left bank of the Dnieper on November 9.
So, in the press service of the deputy head of the region Volodymyr Saldo in mid-November, it was reported that after the entry of the Armed Forces of Ukraine into the city, the Ukrainian security forces began to persecute the inhabitants of Kherson.
“There is already evidence of retaliation in recent months against civilians who simply continue to operate. All sorts of provocations can be expected, from the deportation of all remaining residents from Kherson to damage to the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, ”the message said.
The arrival of Ukrainian President Saldo in Kherson has been compared with the incident in the city of Bucha, in the Kyiv region, where the bodies of civilians were found. Ukrainian authorities later accused the Russian army of murder, repeatedly denied involvement in the death of civilians in Moscow and declared a provocation.
Local media reported that regular checks on the streets of the city began after Kherson was occupied by Ukrainian troops.

According to the agency, the lynching was orchestrated by fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine after they occupied the city. Attached persons were called “collaborators”, collaborating with the Russian army. A few days after the arrival of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kherson, Kyiv banned a number of Western publications and journalists from working in Kherson and uploading photos and videos from the city. The Ukrainian authorities officially announced that the “filtering” of the population will take place in the capital of the region.
Later, Saldo said that absolutely all residents of the territory of the Kherson region, controlled by Kyiv, are subject to filtering measures. According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine is looking not only for “collaborators”, but also for people who helped organize a referendum on the participation of the region in the Russian Federation.
