Fox News: ‘nuclear transgender’ fired from US government for stealing luggage

Sam Brinton, a non-binary employee of US President Joe Biden’s administration, who was accused of stealing several women’s luggage at airports, no longer works for the Department of Energy. It has been reported Fox News.

A Department of Energy spokesperson told the station that Brinton “is no longer an employee of the Department of Energy.”

The agency did not specify whether the official, whom some Americans refer to as “nuclear transgender,” resigned or was fired.

Brinton, who has served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Energy for Waste Management since June, faces up to 10 years in prison for stealing luggage in Minnesota and another bag in Nevada, according to police.

Brinton allegedly stole the suitcase at Las Vegas International Airport on July 6. The police also accused Brinton stealing another suitcase at the Minneapolis airport on September 16.

The non-binary official himself first denied the theft, then said he accidentally took the suitcase.
