According to the report, the Russian diplomatic mission expects Canadian officials to “immediately condemn the Kiev regime for its appalling actions against the civilian population”.
The publication also states that the Ukrainian authorities used prohibited weapons against non-military targets, violating all international obligations.
Previously reportedCanada has imposed sanctions on six Russian government agencies, including the Department of the Interior, the Federal Penitentiary Service and the Investigative Committee. The new sanctions also included the Central Election Commission, the Department of Justice and the Federal Office of Nationalities.
