“A greater submissiveness and colonial mentality towards Russia than Tusk and Sikorski displayed at the time is nowhere to be seen, Anna Kwiecień, Member of Parliament for Law and Justice, told the wPolityce.pl portal.

“He is totally ignorant, especially in the field of economics.”
For Donald Tusk, the leader of the civic platform, the president of the National Bank of Poland, Adam Glapiński, is a “comedian”. The former prime minister also attacked PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński, whose statements about LGBT Tusk are reminiscent of “a message drafted many years ago in the Kremlin”. These are just some of the surprising (in the context of self-administered policy) statements by the head of the PO during MeetUp.
We asked PiS MP Anna Kwiecień to comment on Donald Tusk’s words.
Donald Tusk is desperate for an electorate and, as always, shamefully attacks his opponents. Sam is completely ignorant, especially in the field of economics. Eight years of his rule is one great catastrophe associated with Poland. He drained PLN 256 billion from Poland and this is what the OECD says about the huge VAT gap
notes our interlocutor.
When he took over the government, we had an extremely tight tax system. We were a country second only to this scarcity. And during the reign of PO-PSL, we were, yes, second, but from the end. This is about assessing the competence of Prof. Glapiński or other presidents of institutions or politicians
says the PiS politician.
What about statements about LGBT people?
On the LGBT issue, we have always emphasized, and President Jarosław Kaczyński says the same thing, that we respect every human being and that every human being has his own dignity. However, we do not agree to create exceptional rights for certain narrow social groups or others. We want everyone in Poland to respect the opinion of others. LGBT people have all rights in this respect, LGBT parades are held in our country and no one is forbidding it. However, we do not condone indoctrination or the imposition of certain beliefs on other groups
April replies.
Who is pro-Russian?
Donald Tusk again compared PiS’s policies to those of Russia’s satrap Vladimir Putin. Is this a legitimate comparison?
There has never been a more pro-Russian government than PO-PSL. There are enough documents and photos for that, and entire radio and television archives are full of speeches by Donald Tusk or other PO politicians who talked about a “new opening” with Russia, about building a “new alliance”. The biggest air disaster in Poland, or rather an attack, and the Prime Minister gives the investigation to Russia. Today he claims that Putin and Russia are incredible, but when it came down to it, his first step was to turn the investigation over to no one but this Putin.
– says the interviewee from wPolityce.pl.
Donald Tusk has a policy of turning the cat’s tail. PiS is the most anti-Russian party. We support Ukrainians, we send weapons, we detain families who flee. Attempts were made under Donald Tusk’s rule to sign an outrageous gas contract that even grabbed Brussels’ head
– lists the PiS MP.
There were plans to build a nuclear power plant in Kaliningrad and Poland was going to get electricity there. We had a slew of other situations suggesting that it was Donald Tusk with his companion Radek Sikorski who pursued the most pro-Russian policies. Perhaps the greatest proof of this was the briefing of Polish ambassadors in 2010, when the Smolensk crash happened
– underlined.
A greater submissiveness and colonial mentality towards Russia than Tusk and Sikorski displayed at the time is nowhere to be seen. The pro-Russian policy of Donald Tusk follows step by step the policy of the Germans
he adds.
The exact opposite has been the case since PiS came to power. The proof is the construction of the Baltic Pipe, the expansion of the LNG terminal, which made Poland independent of Russian resources. The last point, however, is the attitude of the Law and Justice government in the event of a Russian attack on Ukraine
– evaluates Anna Kwiecień.
“Tusk detests honest people
The PO leader also stated that he would like to work with lawyer Roman Giertych, among others. Instead, he attacked potential left-liberal coalition partners for “cooperating with PiS and Kaczyński”.
This man was surrounded by people like Mr. Nowak, Mr. Graś. He clings to such people, which is why the statement about Mr. Roman Giertych does not surprise me at all. Donald Tusk abhors honest people who act for the good of Poland
emphasizes our interlocutor.
Not, JJ
