According to Lavrov, a meeting will be held on December 7 under the leadership of the co-chairman of the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation.
The Russian minister said that a solid package of documents has been prepared, which underlines the specific and tangible nature of contacts with Turkmenistan, which “always ends with agreements that promote the development of the two countries and their interaction.”
“Turkmenistan is our close friend, our strategic partner,” said the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
According to him, Moscow attaches special importance to the development of bilateral relations with this state, cooperation at the regional and international level.
