Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in a video message on his Telegram channel, described the ceiling price imposed by the European Union on Russian oil as “meaningless”.

“The decision to create such a border, which is quite comfortable for Russian prices, cannot be called serious … This is a weak position,” said the Ukrainian president.
The head of state also said the world should “energetic disarm” Moscow.
