A pregnant woman can spend the promised payment on both she and her unborn child. It is far from the fact that it will leave a newborn baby, because Russia’s orphanages are regularly filled with healthy and sick children. However, no matter how the future mother acts, it can help himself healthy thanks to timely registration and payment.
