Blogger Blinovskaya is in prison. No, maybe like this: blogger Blinovskaya is in prison!!! Personally, my tone is quite optimistic, both as a layman and as a journalist. I can’t say I’d be happy if someone went into a cell with 40 people and washed their own laundry by hand. But frankly, there is no sadness either. We do not mourn. The guy got rich so provocatively and so ostentatiously that he loudly spent money on immoral luxury, threw himself million-dollar parties and, most importantly, constantly annoyed us by saying “I deserve the best”, which is not a pity at all. Personally, when I first learned about this Blinovskaya, I was surprised: why does she suddenly deserve better? The lady is average in every sense. Uncertain.

I also don’t understand how one person is allowed to raise so much money, even with such an unseemly excuse. There must be a limit, right? I am generally anti-capitalist. We need to combat this somehow. Ideally, of course, I would like the person selling air masses to not be able to make infinite profits. However, since these are dreams, we can limit ourselves for now to a very ruthless, progressive call for scale. This will differ from sphere to sphere. The person who creates metallurgical production must pay billions in taxes at the same rate. The person who simply figures out how to get money from a housewife is different. And the main question from society about Blinovskaya is: why exactly was she allowed to earn so much money? It was outrageous that he was the one who gained so much from his nonsense.

Another question: why is he a blogger? The Blinovskaya case raised many questions for the state and society. One of them is this; Who exactly are bloggers? So far we have the joker Edward Beale, a blogger, Victoria Bonya, the hosts of educational programs for children and me, because I run my own channel related to journalism. We all fall into that shameful category of what the public has long perceived as idle people making easy money.

Take Blinovskaya. Why is he a blogger and not a businessman? The man was selling a product and had a large staff of employees. Does the fact that he found gullible customers in a Basurman social network, and not, for example, through an advertising newspaper, make him a blogger? What is the main activity of the individual entrepreneur? I looked: “additional education for children and adults (85.41).” If he is a course seller, what do bloggers have to do with it? Or maybe a teacher of additional education? You taught me to believe in my dreams.

Once upon a time, the word “blogger” was used publicly as a euphemism for “nobody.” Usually, if a person achieves success in his profession, he appears in the news, on television, as an expert in his main profile. “Peter Ivanov, Honored Cardiologist.” “Evdokia Batkova, avant-garde artist.” Or, at worst, “Irina Smirnova, mother of an eighth grader.” And there was some kind of “blogger”. It’s like it’s about nothing. He also had a brother who was an “activist” in social and political life. If you are not a politician, if you are not a human rights defender, if you are not an expert, you have not succeeded in anything, but you are called to speak because politicians and experts are busy.

The blogger was a person who could be said to have a page on social networks.

Then this connotation was added – lazy people. The bloggers were Edward Beale and Danya Milokhin. With the rise of all kinds of personal development nonsense during the pandemic, marathon and webinar salesmen have become bloggers. Although five years ago they were called coaches. By the way, have you noticed that these are lost somewhere? I saw an ad for one of these recently. He invited me to a seminar: “How to coach celebrities? Athletes, singers, actors.” Where are you from, dear, from what dusty past do you come? We have already forgotten you, there are no coaches. Now Blinovskaya. Marathon runners. Everyone has become bloggers.

So what kind of bloggers are these? There is a beautiful word in Russian: entrepreneur. An enterprising person who is always doing something. It’s about them. I don’t see what I personally have in common with this enterprising woman who couldn’t shake off her country pronunciation and started teaching others about success. I have three columns in the media, my fiction, and a channel where I write about socio-political events. He has pink unicorns worth millions and reliable housewives who wear his shoes. And then that’s when they both became bloggers.

I’m sorry, but is Ayaz Shabutdinov, who was recently detained, also a blogger? How are they radically different from Blinovskaya, other than the fact that they sit in different cells and, according to the media, Shabutdinov has only three neighbors in his cell and has a television? The legislator needs to systematize the concept of “blogger”. Apparently they took this on, they wanted to identify who the bloggers were. And before that, somehow calm the coaches so that people who receive money for training are forced to buy at least some kind of paper. At least they can prove they are literate! Otherwise, no matter what.

There are certainly embarrassing examples. I once had a subscriber who was nearly fifty years old and was getting married for the first time! So what did he do immediately? Webinar has been opened for those who want to get married! And the one who got married for the third time called me! And after six months or a year the husband left the webinar host! He took to his pages a strict request to respect his tragedy and not to bother him with questions.

How much money?

I think there should be a place to send people who want to teach life like this. And a separate sign for them. And we need to create a completely separate dictionary for Blinovskaya or Bonya, who sell access to a photo of their face after plastic surgery for 1,300 rubles. And there are bloggers everywhere.

If tomorrow an official is arrested for a billion-dollar bribe, wouldn’t he write that a blogger was arrested red-handed just because he has a page on social networks?

Or me, for example. Am I a blogger? So, the column I have been writing in the media for several years, is it, what, a blog? It’s very shaky ground. The singer opened a page, the administrator posted an announcement about their performance there. So will she stay as a singer or become a full-time blogger?

This is not an idle question. It’s not a matter of arrogance in me or an unwillingness to stand on the same level as escort girls who seek clients online but are also sensitively called bloggers. The fact is that a new principle of taxation of bloggers is already being discussed. And excuse me, who and what income will this concern? Will a singer with a channel on Zen pay income as a blogger for all her concerts or just for her blog? For example, for an individual entrepreneur “Songs by Rotom”, the turnover of his income will be collected with the income from the blog and taxed at a single rate, or will you be able to sing “by mouth” at 13%, and pay six from the blog?

Very interesting. So who will decide which activities of the owner of a popular page will prevail over others? Take the example of Buzova. Is this a blogger? He is also a star from the same social network. So, as a blogger, will she pay taxes for her concerts? Fun. However, it will be a slap in the face to public taste if the tax authorities classify Buzova as a singer.

Just questions. And they arise from the state’s misunderstanding of the new reality. What is content monetization, how to make money on social networks? The main thing is not clear: for many, if not all, “bloggers”, earnings on social networks are not the main earnings. And the event is not the main event. We must move on from this. I am a writer, I have a blog. Blinovskaya is an entrepreneur, she has an individual entrepreneur who provides education to children and adults. And there is someone who manages ten channels of entertainment content and makes a living from it. They should be bloggers for the tax authorities.

It should be recognized that a blogger, as an object of tax interest, is a person who receives income solely from creating content on money-making social networks and blogging platforms. And if this is a journalist like me who started a blog and became popular, then we are dealing with a journalist who has a blog.

And if an entrepreneur has figured out how to fool housewives on social networks, he cannot become a blogger. Please solve it. And then there are people, horses, Blinovskaya, Lerchek and Artemchik, writer Prilepin, dancer Tsiskaridze – everyone seems to be a blogger. It’s not a serious approach. I don’t want to join Lerchek’s team. And to Blinovskaya. There are rumors everywhere that a blogger is imprisoned. I’m even ashamed to admit that I have a blog too. Look, the grandmothers on the benches will wave their sticks: “So when are you all transferring!”

Please solve it.
