The characteristic feature of the walk is the lack of objectivity: you are not going anywhere. Just as you go on television to be on television, you also take a walk for a walk. There are issues that exhaust themselves. This does not mean that they are not interesting: much, much has been written about walking, for example. And TV is written about every day in the press. The most common is that there are two or three routes, from which the professional walker will choose the one that best suits his mood each day. Personally, I either go to a park near my home or take a walk in the neighborhood. Sometimes I hybridize park and neighborhood. We won’t say that walking outdoors is the same as walking on a treadmill, but the truth is that the views both outside and inside the gym are always the same.
