Remuneration varies according to the civil servant group to which an officer belongs. Every three years of accrued service, the annual fee charged to a Civil Guard in group C1 rises by 396.02 euros. For a Sergeant in group A2, the increase is 513.02 euros per year, reflecting progression within the pay scale.
