Generalitat concludes Talent Zone tender with Innova Next as the most valuable company

A total of five companies, all of which have experience and prestige in the technology sector, participated in this tender. At the end of the evaluation period, Innova Next, SLU was determined to best meet the professional service requirements of a governance team to launch the Talent Zone.

It will be linked to the technological ecosystem of the Valencia Community’s Digital Zone and will work in collaboration with the Generalitat Local Government Headquarters and the public employment and Workers Training service.

The Digital Zone was established as an instrument of the region to support the growth and competitiveness of the Valencian economy. The company won this tender, which will be responsible for the establishment of the Talent Zone. you will need to develop the following functions:

  • To conduct dynamic and permanent research of the subjects that training courses should focus on

  • Creation and annual updating of talent maps

  • Building and managing a digital talent community, both in terms of content and an open platform for dissemination

  • Creation and management of a partner ecosystem that includes schools, educational institutions, education administrations, education companies, as well as companies with talent demand.

  • Coordinate training agents.

  • Suggest funding formulas.

  • Coordinate a network of 350 regional agents to recruit students, providing students with the necessary training, information and monitoring to become an important tool in the dissemination and activation of Talent Zone activities.
