As part of Ouigo’s strategy to expand the use of high speed on the Spanish map, the company plans to connect the cities of Madrid and Alicante with a stop in Albacete by 2023. The route will have two daily frequencies and a total of four routes will be added per day. Then it plans to arrive in Andalusia with five round trips (10 routes) to Ouigo, Seville, Malaga and Cordoba.
