Inditex Recorded a net profit of 1,794 million euros in the first half of the 2022-2023 fiscal year (February 1 to July 31), as reported by the company on Wednesday, its integrated model, which represents a 41% increase over the previous year, has a “strong” operating performance and shows that sales, gross operating profit (Ebitda) and net profit reached an all-time high.
Special, positive sales in all geographical regions reached 14,845 million euros24.5% higher than the previous year, and sales increased by 25% at constant exchange rates.
Gross operating result (Ebitda) increased by 30% to 4,029 million Euros.
Inditex fully covered the estimated expenses for the fiscal year 2022 in the Russian Federation and Ukraine. An extraordinary fee of 216 million Euros was added to the accounts for the first quarter of this year in the ‘Other results’ line.
