Kamala Harris, Vice President of the United States, said that the US administration is working on drafting rules on the use of space. She announced this during her speech at the National Space Council meeting, reports TASS.
“Currently, there are few rules that would allow safe, efficient and sustainable activities in space. For this reason <…> “Our administration is currently developing the first set of rules for new space activities.”
Harris also added that the rules would ensure competition and “strengthen America’s global sources of power.”
