Primorsky District Court overturned the decision of the Ussuriysky District Court to extend the compulsory treatment of Alexander Gabyshev, who called himself a “shaman”. This was announced by his lawyer, Alexei Pryanishnikov. telegram channel.

“The case has been sent to the first-instance court for a new trial,” Pryanishnikov said.

This decision was made by the medical commission of the psychiatric clinic after the man’s statement about his refusal to be admitted to the hospital further. The created commission “accelerated” made a conclusion about the danger of Gabyshev.

Yakut court at the end of July 2021 appointed Gabyshev was forcibly treated. The man was found guilty of using force against a National Guard officer. He was ordered to undergo compulsory treatment under intense surveillance.
